Other features include overlay pages, for the comparison of two or more PDFs, and document editing for adding, deleting or rotating pages, combining multiple PDFs, or flattening annotations to make them a permanent part of the PDF. All Session activity is tracked in a record that links back to the PDF. The software also includes simplified document management through ‘Studio Projects’, which allows users to upload PDFs and other file types to the cloud and share projects with partners.įor collaboration, ‘Studio Sessions’ allows distributed team members to view, chat and annotate the same PDFs together in real time, regardless of Internet access. Revu Mac includes a range of annotation and measurement tools including text, callouts and stamps, and length, perimeter and volume calculation. Bluebeam’s Studio Platform also now extends to Mac, allowing project teams to work together on the same documents in real time. Bluebeam Revu Mac is the first Mac OS X version of the AEC-focused PDF editing, annotation and collaboration tool.
